What leasing options are available?
We offer 6-12 month leases.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
Yes, we accept Section 8 vouchers.
Are utilities inlcuded?
Water & Electric are separate.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
Is renter's insurance required?
You are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance Coverage. Rise Skyview provides the policy, which is charged as an additional monthly fee.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Security deposit is dependent on credit and is refundable at move-out unless there are any amounts owed or damages incurred.

Yes, our apartments are internet/cable ready through Cox.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
We offer package lockers or you can opt for front door delivery or USPS mailboxes.

Can I smoke in my apartment? Is there a designated smoking area?
No smoking inside unit. Smoking is allowed on the property.
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?
Yes, Rise Skyview is a pet-friendly community. Enjoy our dog park and walking paths!
What is the parking situation?
Parking is assigned. 2 cars per apartment. Additional parking is available for a $25 monthly fee.

Our renovated apartment units offer wood plank vinyl flooring.

Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.

Our renovated apartment units offer stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
